1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the za777 platform at za777.club ("za777", "the Platform", "we", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

za777 targets English-speaking Pakistani users. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using za777 is lawful in your jurisdiction. za777 does not provide legal advice. If online gaming or sports betting is restricted or prohibited in your location, you must not use the Platform.

2.3 Account Registration

• Each user may hold only one registered account on za777. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances may be voided.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Notify za777 promptly of any changes.
• za777 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion.

2.4 KYC Verification

All za777 accounts are subject to KYC verification. This requires submission of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and may include additional documentation such as proof of address or a liveness selfie. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. za777 may request updated KYC documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your za777 account. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your za777 session when accessing the Platform on shared or public devices.
• Notify za777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to use your za777 account to place bets or access casino games.

za777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

za777 supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. za777 does not impose additional currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposits are credited to your za777 account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed during the deposit process.
• za777 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your verified name.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed only to KYC-verified accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within standard business hours. Processing times may vary depending on payment method and volume.
• za777 may request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal if deemed necessary for compliance or security purposes.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. za777 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its prevailing inactive account policy. Prior notice will be provided where required.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on za777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. General rules include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or terms displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user.
• za777 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a system or pricing error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting event, za777 will resolve the situation in a manner it deems fair, which may include voiding affected bets.
• Winnings are credited to your za777 PKR balance following settlement of the event or game round.
• Collusion, match-fixing suspicion, or evidence of coordinated abuse will result in account suspension and may result in winnings being withheld pending investigation.

za777 reserves the right to impose maximum bet or win limits on any account or market without prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

za777 may offer bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits to eligible users from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified za777 accounts only unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• za777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Abusing promotions, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or software bugs for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through za777.
• Accessing za777 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users or za777 staff.

za777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any balance pending investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the za777 platform, including but not limited to the za777 brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, text, graphics, and imagery, is the proprietary intellectual property of za777.club or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any za777 content without prior written authorisation from za777.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, za777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures beyond za777's reasonable control.

za777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of net deposits made to your za777 account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits za777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension & Termination

za777 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information.
• Your account poses a financial, legal or reputational risk to za777.
• za777 is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority or court order.

You may close your za777 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account after settlement of outstanding bets will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from your use of za777 that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in the applicable territory. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting za777 support in the first instance before initiating any formal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

za777 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes of a material nature will be notified to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of za777 following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
